Experience & Qualifications :

  • Minimum: 12+ years in quality management, including 7 years leading quality teams in complex systems engineering programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant vocational qualification.
  • CQI 'Practitioner' grade or above, ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification.
  • Preferred: 8+ years of defense industry experience, Master's degree in Quality, multiple lead auditor certifications (e.g., AS9100/ISO
