Job Description

Responsibilities:
Design and execute quantitative research studies to gather data and insights related to sales and operational activities.
Develop research methodologies, including survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis.
Collect and analyze large datasets using statistical software and tools.
Apply advanced statistical techniques and models to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to provide actionable recommendations for sales and operational strategies.
Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present research findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to understand research needs and align research objectives with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quantitative research methods.
Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing rigorous data validation and cleaning procedures.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of research methodologies and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in quantitative research, data analysis, or a similar role within the Sales & Operations industry.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
Strong understanding of quantitative research methods and statistical techniques.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
