Al Nahrain Medical Center located in Ajman is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Call Center Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the center.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our medical scheduling software.
  • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Assist patients with the registration process and ensure all information is accurately recorded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, call center agent, or in a similar customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software and medical scheduling systems.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Must have their own visa.
