Medical Receptionist

Al Nahrain Medical Center located in Ajman is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Call Center Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the center.
- Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our medical scheduling software.
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist patients with the registration process and ensure all information is accurately recorded.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with billing and insurance claims as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, call center agent, or in a similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and medical scheduling systems.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Must have their own visa.
