RequiredExperience:

  • Minimum of 15 years in engineeringleadership, managing expansive, geographically dispersed softwareengineering teams.
  • Demonstrated success inarchitecting and scaling exceptional engineeringorganizations.
  • Deep understanding ofcontemporary software engineering practices, architectural norms,and team dynamics.
  • Strong background in dataproducts and AI technologylandscapes.
  • Visionary in technology with aknack for balancing strategic imperatives with tacticalneeds.
  • Comprehensive experience overseeing theentire software development lifecycle of SaaS products.

DesirableExperience:

  • Proficient in data-driven productdevelopment, machine learning, and cutting-edgetechnologies.
  • Expertise in cloudinfrastructure, deployment platforms, and agile softwaredevelopment methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledgeof security, privacy, and compliance within SaaS ecosystems, withpractical experience in Property Finder's technicalstack, including Go, PHP, Python, Swift UI, Kotlin, React, AWS, andKubernetes.
