KeyResponsibilities:

   Lead infrastructure projects including roads bridgesutilities and largescale urban developments ensuring alignment withclient goals and regulatorystandards.
    Collaborate withdesign teams to develop innovative and sustainable solutions reviewengineering designs and ensure technical accuracy and feasibilityof plans.
    Serve as theprimary liaison between clients engineers architects and otherstakeholders facilitating clear communication and ensuring that allproject objectives are met.
   Work closely with procurement and contracting teams tomanage resources including materials labor and equipment necessaryfor project execution.
   Identify potential project risks including designchallenges or regulatory issues and implement strategies tomitigate impacts on project timelines andbudgets.
    Develop and manageproject budgets tracking expenditures and ensuring that projectsare delivered within financialparameters.
    Establishdetailed project timelines monitor progress and adjust schedules toaccommodate unforeseen challenges ensuring timely projectdelivery.
    Provide regularupdates and detailed project reports to senior management andclients highlighting progress financials and any key issues orchanges.

Qualifications :

   Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or arelated field. A Masters degree or PMP certification is anadvantage.
    Minimum of 12years of project management experience in design withinfrastructure projects with a focus on urban planning utilitiesand transportation systems. At least 5 years in a senior projectmanagement role.
    Strongunderstanding of project management tools and design softwaresuch
    Proven ability to leadand mentor project teams with excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
   Experience in overseeing design projects from concept toexecution ensuring the integration of functional aesthetic andenvironmental considerations.
   Familiarity with local and international building codesenvironmental standards and permittingprocesses.
