PR Executive – Shiseido Job Title PR Executive - Shiseido Reporting To Senior PR Manager – Prestige Brands - Shiseido Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates Department Marketing & Communications Job Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented PR Executive to join the Shiseido team in Dubai on a temporary contract basis. This role will support the development and execution of public relations campaigns across the Middle East region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving media coverage, and enhancing the brand reputation of Shiseido. Key Responsibilities Assist the Senior PR Manager in developing and executing integrated PR campaigns across the Middle East region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts (print, online, broadcast) in the region. Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials. Monitor media coverage and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Support influencer marketing initiatives, including outreach, seeding, and campaign tracking. Assist in the planning and execution of PR events and activations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Provide administrative support to the PR team. Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or a related field within the beauty industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting and editing abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Passion for the beauty industry and a strong interest in luxury brands. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English and Arabic. Preferred Skills Experience with media monitoring tools. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting. Experience working with luxury brands. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
