CIVIL QAQC ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities: Implement and manage quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil works onsite. Conduct regular inspections and ensure all civil work complies with approved drawings specifications and industry standards. Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. Maintain records of inspection reports test results nonconformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions. Review method statements ITPs material submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements. Ensure that construction activities meet project specifications codes and quality standards. Coordinate with site engineers construction teams and subcontractors for the resolution of quality issues. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure closure of audit findings. Monitor and track the status of snag lists conduct site walkthroughs and verify the rectification of deficiencies. Ensure proper document control and QA/QC documentation for project handover. Key Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil QA/QC experience in the UAE. Must have relevant experience in civil construction projects with strong knowledge of QAQC procedures and documetation. Must have worked with wellknown or reputable construction companies in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards authority regulations and QA/QC protocols. Proficient in Microsoft Office AutoCAD and relevant QA/QC reporting tools. Excellent communication reporting and documentation skills. Must be currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately.
