Qualifications :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Customeroriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field (12 years preferred)
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Indepth knowledge of UAE culture and business practices
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if required
  • UAE national status (Emiratization requirement)
