Electrical Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an Electrical Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing electrical installations managing teams and ensuring project success in one of the worlds most dynamic construction markets. Lead and supervise a team of electricians providing guidance training and performance evaluations Plan coordinate and oversee electrical installations for commercial and residential projects Interpret blueprints schematics and electrical drawings to ensure accurate implementation Manage project timelines resources and budgets to meet deadlines and quality standards Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions Collaborate with other construction teams project managers and clients to ensure seamless project Stay updated on local electrical codes regulations and industry best practices Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and project progress Ensure all electrical work meets Dubais construction regulations and electrical standards Qualifications : Minimum 57 years of experience in electrical construction with proven experience as an electrical foreman or in a supervisory role High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred Valid electrical license or certification OSHA safety certification Extensive knowledge of electrical systems codes and construction industry standards Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership and team management abilities Advanced problemsolving and decisionmaking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and project management software Familiarity with UAE labor laws and Dubais construction regulations Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changing priorities Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols Remote Work : No Employment Type : Fulltime Key Skills Labor Cost Analysis,Commercial Electrician Experience,Construction Experience,Electrical Experience,NEC,Bus Driving,Cost Control,Schematics,Employment & Labor Law,Horizontal Drilling,Ductwork,Power Tools Experience: years Vacancy: 1
