JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the procurement of static mechanical equipment suchas pressure vessels heat exchangers columns tanks and other relateditems for oil and gas projects.
  • Develop andmanage procurement strategies ensuring alignment with projecttimelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate withengineering teams to review technical specifications and ensureaccurate procurement documentation.
  • Prepareand issue RFQs evaluate technical and commercial bids and negotiateterms with vendors.
  • Manage vendorprequalification and maintain compliance with ADNOCapproved vendorlists.
  • Monitor and expedite the delivery ofmaterials and equipment to meet project schedules addressing anydelays or issues.
  • Ensure adherence to ADNOCstandards project specifications and quality requirementsthroughout the procurement process.
  • Coordinateinspections factory acceptance tests (FATs) and quality controlactivities for procured equipment.
  • Maintainprocurement records generate reports and provide updates to projectteams and senior management.
  • Address anyprocurementrelated challenges to ensure seamless projectexecution.

KEYQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relateddiscipline.
  • 1015 years of experience inprocurement for oil and gas EPC projects with a strong focus onstatic mechanical equipment.
  • Mandatoryexperience with ADNOC projects and familiarity with their standardsand requirements.
  • Excellent understanding ofstatic mechanical equipment specifications sourcing and vendormanagement.
  • Strong negotiation communicationand problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient inprocurement software and ERP systems.
  • Must beimmediately available tojoin.
