SR. STRUCTURAL SITE ENGINEER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and monitor structural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and standards. Coordinate with design consultants contractors and relevant stakeholders to resolve technical/site issues. Review and validate structural shop drawings method statements and material submittals. Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress quality and compliance. Ensure all structural activities align with the project schedule and construction program. Lead site meetings related to structural issues and provide expert input during coordination meetings. Maintain quality control and enforce safety protocols in all structural operations. Support the Resident Engineer or Project Manager in managing the structural package. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum of 8-10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC. Proven experience working with design consultancy firms on large-scale building/infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of local construction practices codes and authority regulations. Ability to interpret and review structural designs and shop drawings. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
