Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager - Floral Operations to join our Floral Operations team. The role requires guiding the team in delivering exceptional floral arrangements and maintaining rigorous quality standards across front-of-house displays.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in a luxury hotel/resort, with 3 years in a leadership role, strong English communication, and experience with large events. Proficiency in MS Office and a passion for design are essential.
