The Construction Manager – Infrastructure is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure works on site. This includes utilities, drainage, sewerage, and other related infrastructure elements. The role ensures the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Working days Monday to Saturda Responsibilities esOversee the execution of all infrastructure-related works including earthworks, roads, stormwater drainage, water supply, sewerage, and utility coordinatio n.Ensure all work is performed in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirement s.Plan daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities in coordination with the site engineers and supervisor s.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for higher managemen t.Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authoritie s.Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on sit e.Ensure quality control procedures are followed and conduct site inspections and audit s.Manage resources on site including labor, materials, and equipmen t.Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues that arise during constructio n.Support procurement and logistics by tracking material deliveries and usag Must have skills ls:Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineer ing10+ years of overall exp. with relevant experience in managing projects in Infrastructure (Utilities/Drainage/Sewerage or other related Inf ra)Excellent Construction Management & Project Management ski Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries Construction and Civil Engineering Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
