  • Occupy the hotel lobby andother public areas particularly at busytimes
  • Engage Guests in conversation and providegeneral assistance
  • Manage record and resolvepromptly all Guest complaints
  • Meet and greetVIP Guests and major corporate clients uponarrival
  • Coordinate the services and specialfacilities provided to longstayGuests
  • Understand all credit procedures andensure they are applied
  • Stay current with allhotel products services policies and emergencyprocedures

  • Previous supervisoryexperience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retailsector
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety andsecurity procedures
  • Calm efficient and theability to work well under pressure
  • Excellentleadership skills and exceptional communicationskills
  • A passion for delivering exceptionallevels of guest service
  • Possess strongcommercial acumen with experience in increasing profitability in atight market sector
  • Experience in managingbudgets revenue proposals and forecasting results in a similarsized property

It would beadvantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the followingcapabilities anddistinctions:

  • Previous role as asenior supervisor or Duty Manager in a similar qualityhotel
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Managementor equivalent
  • Indepth knowledge of the hotelleisure or servicesector
