Job Summary We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Dubai . This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals who enjoy client engagement, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. We’d love to hear from you if you are confident in client communication and motivated by results. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing clients via phone to promote company products and services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and ongoing support. Re-engage inactive or previous users and encourage platform reactivation. Understand client needs and provide suitable, tailored solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and business objectives. Execute assigned tasks based on the needs of developing international markets. Requirements Experience in telesales, relationship management, or customer service is an advantage. Fluent in English , with Urdu and/or Hindi proficiency preferred. Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Target-driven, resilient, and able to handle objections professionally. Well-organized with effective time and task management skills. Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
