We're growing rapidly and are seeking a driven 360 Recruiter (Full-Cycle Recruiter) to join our Dubai office someone who thrives on building relationships, closing roles, and delivering exceptional recruitment results. Role Overview As a 360 Recruiter, you'll manage the entire recruitment cycle from client acquisition and role briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and successful placements. This role combines business development, talent acquisition, and relationship management, rewarding performance through an attractive commission structure. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, infrastructure, and digital transformation roles. Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks. Conduct interviews and manage the offer, negotiation, and onboarding process. Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and project demands. Manage and update recruitment pipelines and reporting within the ATS/CRM system. Contribute to business growth through lead generation and client engagement. Requirements 25 years of full‑cycle / 360 recruitment experience (preferably in IT or technology consulting). Proven success in managing both client and candidate relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of technology roles (cloud, data center, infrastructure, cybersecurity) is an advantage.
