Service Excellence: Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality service throughout the restaurant, directly interacting with guests to address their needs and preferences. Order Management: Assist in taking and processing customer orders accurately, ensuring all requests are met in a timely manner. Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including special promotions, and provide recommendations to both staff and guests. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Kitchen Staff: Liaise effectively with kitchen personnel to ensure seamless coordination of service and timely delivery of food and beverages. Training and Development: Assist in training new waitstaff, fostering a supportive and productive work environment. Health and Safety: Uphold health and safety regulations to guarantee a safe and sanitary dining atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Requirements Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory position in a casual dining or high‑volume restaurant. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong understanding of food and beverage service, with a passion for hospitality. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑oriented mindset. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
