Associate Director – Syndication & Distribution A leading financial institution is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their capital markets team in a syndication and secondary loan distribution capacity. This role is suited for someone with a strong understanding of institutional investor relationships, particularly across FI and NBFI segments, and solid exposure to the placement of trade finance, FIG, or corporate loan assets. The position involves active participation in loan syndication processes, with a focus on secondary market execution, investor engagement, and preparation of deal materials. Experience in book running and managing distribution flows is essential. Key Focus Areas Asset placement across FI/NBFI investor networks, particularly for structured, trade, and corporate loans End-to-end support on syndication execution, including investor communication and material preparation Active involvement in the secondary loan market, with a clear understanding of buyer dynamics and pricing Coordination with internal stakeholders across credit, legal, and origination functions Ideal Background Solid background in loan sales, syndication, or capital markets distribution Familiarity with institutional investor coverage, including financial institutions, non-bank investors, and funds Experience working with structured or trade finance instruments Strong understanding of the loan secondary market and syndication cycles Interested candidates please apply to this advertisement directly or send your CV to *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted* #J-18808-Ljbffr
