Role Overview

The role calls for a motivated and highly skilled andexperienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to be apart of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.

Requirements

• Degree Level of Education orhigher
• Microsoft Dynamicscertifications
• 12 years of relevant experiencein a similar role particularly in a professional services/consulting firm
• Knowledge of best practicesfor working with offshore teams
• Experience inAgile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Experience inAzure DevOps
• Have exceptional understanding ofMicrosoft ERP or CRM functionalcapabilities
• Good understanding of Cloudtechnologies
• Good understanding of integrationtools and technologies
• Good understanding ofPower Platform technologies
• Good understandingof automated testing tools such as RSAT
• Broadunderstanding of software development lifecycle developmentmanagement release management data migrations cutover planning andearly live support
• Experience on operating inShared Services or nearshore teams
• Must haveled multiple projects from endtoend in a functionalcapacity
• Must have experience in endtoendimplementation of multiple projects
• Provenability to demo powered assets and assist in presales and dealshaping for large transformationalprograms
• Excellent written and verbal Englishlanguage skills. Additional fluency in one or more other languageswill be considered an asset
• Deep and broadknowledge of functional capabilities of Dynamics 365 includingappropriate certification.
• Must be able toshow good knowledge of practices for Dynamics365
• Exceptional knowledge of all Finance coreconcepts and processes including Enterprise Structure GeneralLedger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Asset andReporting
• Aware of latest MicrosoftFeatures

Responsibilities

• Be a champion for functional leading / bestpractises with Microsoft solutions
• Keep up withproduct roadmap and the content of future releases of Microsoft ERPor CRM
• Lead delivery of D365 endtoendimplementation projects including design configuration testingtraining cutover post golive support & reporting assuringthat the management of area technical assets and systemsdevelopment lifecycle comply to firmsISMP
• Responsible for all aspects of relevantworkstream of implementation assuring that area processes arealigned to the firms ISMP
• Lead the design andconfiguration of sector specific templates to enhance the out ofthe box Dynamics functionality giving clients a unique sellingpoint and a resalable/ reusable asset
• Activeinvolvement with Data Migration strategy anddesign
• Involvement with interfaces andIntegrations
• Be responsible for ensuring thepresales engagements are delivered with the same rigour andattention to detail as clientengagements
• Define training needs within theteam and coach other team members
• Deliver allconsultancy according to the companys Project Methodology ensuringthat all software applications are implemented successfullyaccording to the project plan
• Be expected tomeet and exceed customer expectations from a business knowledgeskills and behaviour perspective
• Identifybusiness/project risk and mitigate or communicate asnecessary
• Ensure progress updates arecommunicated to relevant parties both formally andinformally
• Identify practice developmentactivities and help in defining how these will bedelivered
• Carry out additional duties as mayoccur from time to time as instructed and agreed byDirectors
• In all activities ensure timelycompletion of internal processes and mandatorytraining
• The Employee is required to follow thecompanys Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at alltimes
