About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Documentation Technician to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design documentation CAD tools and contributing to high-quality engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting : Produce basic pattern designs and detailed drawings using CAD software ensuring alignment with design features and product style
Documentation Control : Maintain up-to-date drawing registers deliverables and quality records. Issue transmittals and manage document flow across teams and contractors
Process Improvement : Suggest enhancements to existing procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Project Support : Assist in project coordination including presentations approvals and tracking deliverables
Software Maintenance : Monitor and report software defects contributing to application stability
Quality Assurance : Conduct complex tests to verify specifications and reject nonconforming materials

Skills & Experience

Proficiency in CAD and documentation systems
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in engineering or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Stakeholder Engagement

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers project managers and document controllers. Occasional client interaction may be required under supervision
