JobDetails

  • Assist attorneys in all stages of theprobate process, from initial client intake to closing theestate.
  • Prepare and file probate forms,petitions, and other legal documents accurately andefficiently.
  • Manage estate administrationtasks, including asset valuation, creditor notifications, anddistribution of assets.
  • Conduct legal researchon probate matters and assist in drafting legal correspondence andpleadings.
  • Communicate effectively withclients, courts, and third parties to ensure timely completion ofprobate proceedings.
  • Maintain organized casefiles and databases to track deadlines and documentfilings.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and otherparalegals to provide comprehensive support to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as aparalegal, with a focus on probatelaw.
  • Proficiency in handling probate forms andnavigating probate court procedures.
  • Strongattention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in afast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to interactprofessionally with clients andcolleagues.
  • Proficiency in legal research anddocument drafting.
  • Bachelor's degreeand/or paralegal certificatepreferred.
