Sales Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time This role is strictly intended for professionals who are currently working or have recently worked as a Sales Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Sales Supervisor within an automotive dealership environment . It is not suitable for candidates from non-automotive industries . The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for direct frontline supervision of showroom sales executives , daily sales execution, target delivery, discipline, and compliance with dealership sales processes. Core Responsibilities Sales Operations & Target Delivery Supervise and manage a team of automotive Sales Executives on a daily basis. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual retail sales targets for new vehicles. Monitor daily sales activity, walk-ins, test drives, follow-ups, and closing ratios. Actively intervene in deals to support negotiations, objections, and closures . Ensure strict adherence to pricing approvals, discount limits, and offer controls. Showroom & Team Supervision Enforce showroom discipline, attendance, duty rosters, and dress code. Conduct daily morning briefings and end-of-day performance reviews. Coach Sales Executives on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing skills. Identify underperformance early and implement corrective action plans. Act as the first escalation point before Sales Manager involvement. CRM, Reporting & Process Compliance Ensure 100% CRM compliance (lead logging, follow-ups, test drive records). Review pipeline health, aging leads, lost-sales reasons, and conversion ratios. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Ensure compliance with dealership SOPs, OEM standards, and internal controls. Customer Experience & Escalations Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues at showroom level. Support delivery coordination, documentation accuracy, and post-sale follow-up. Protect dealership reputation and CSI standards at all times. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Non-Negotiable) Applicants must meet ALL of the following: Currently working （or most recently worked） as a Sales Supervisor / Team Leader in an automotive dealership Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive vehicle sales , with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role Proven experience managing a team of Sales Executives （not individual contributor only） New car showroom operations Retail targets and commission structures CRM systems used in dealerships OEM processes and sales compliance Strong understanding of: Deal structures, discounts, approvals
