Responsibilities :

  • Conduct modelling for wet utilities and prepare feasibility and design reports.
  • Coordinate and obtain design NOCs from local authorities in Dubai.
  • Prepare site visits, survey reports for new projects and scope of services.
  • Interface and coordinate with the Clients and prepare and conduct presentations.
  • Prepare conceptional designs and oversee the development of the design from the start till the end and conduct design review.
  • Coordinate with design teams, site teams, clients and authorities.
  • Work experience and tracking records with reputable consultancy firms in UAE.
  • Technical knowledge of both wet and dry infrastructure utilities (including sewer, stormwater, potable water, irrigation and firefighting water, district cooling, electrical and telecommunications).
  • Lead the preparation civil infrastructure designs as well as the production technical specifications, design reports and drawings.
  • Coordinate with the other disciplines including dry and wet utilities in addition to road engineering and transport planning teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of Experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with membership in a professional institution.
  • Capable of preparing design drawings, specifications and effective communication with teams and clients.
  • Hands on working experience in sewage, stormwater, water supply and groundwater projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience with municipal, governmental and private development projects in UAE.
  • Problems solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant software's is a must.
  • Strong infrastructure engineering background with previous experience on infrastructure projects.
  • Possess existing relationships with key decision makers within local utility organisations and Sound knowledge of local authority requirements and standards.
  • Ability to manage a design and approval process and interfacing with the project team, Clients and Stakeholders.
