We are seeking an E-Waste Technician with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in electronic waste handling and recycling operations. The role involves managing e-waste processing, secure data erasure, IT asset destruction, and proper material segregation, while ensuring full compliance with UAE environmental and safety regulations. This position is preferably for candidates from India (Tamil Nadu). The company will provide visa sponsorship, and immediate joiners are strongly preferred. Note: Candidate should have prior experience handling the E-Waste Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in the e-waste recycling or related industry Practical experience in electronic waste handling, dismantling, and data erasure Good understanding of material segregation and recycling processes Basic awareness of UAE environmental, safety, and waste management regulations. Key Responsibilities Handle various types of electronic waste, including computers, laptops, servers, mobile phones, cables, batteries, and other IT assets Perform secure data erasure and physical destruction of data-bearing devices as per industry standards Dismantle and segregate e-waste into metals, plastics, circuit boards, and hazardous components Ensure proper recycling, storage, and disposal in accordance with UAE environmental laws and guidelines Strictly follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures at all times Maintain basic records and documentation related to e-waste processing and recycling activities Support smooth daily operations of the recycling plant and assist during compliance audits and inspections #J-18808-Ljbffr
