Pediatric SurgeonResponsibilities:

  • Examiningyoung patients and diagnosing health issues forsurgery.
  • Ordering preoperative tests andphysical examinations and interpretingresults.
  • Consulting with patients and familymembers regarding diagnosis and treatmentoptions.
  • Comforting young patients beforeoperations.
  • Performing surgical procedures tocorrect deformations congenital problems injuries or treatillnesses.
