JobResponsibilities:

1. Superviseand coordinate welding activities to ensure highquality work andcompliance with projectspecifications.
   
2. Assign tasks towelders and monitor their performance ensuring adherence to safetyand industry standards.
   
3. Read andinterpret blueprints welding procedures and technical drawings toguide team members.
   
4. Conductinspections on welding materials and equipment to ensure compliancewith safety and qualityrequirements.
   
5. Train and mentorjunior welders improving their skills andefficiency.
   
6. Maintain properdocumentation of welding procedures progress reports and inspectionrecords.
   
7. Identify and troubleshootwelding defects ensuring corrective measures are implementedeffectively.
   
8. Ensure proper use ofwelding equipment tools and personal protective gear to maintain asafe working environment.
   
9. Coordinatewith project managers engineers and other departments to meetproduction schedules anddeadlines.
   
10. Enforce workplace safetyguidelines and regulatory compliance conducting regular safetymeetings andaudits.
