JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform pipeline stress analysis using industrystandardsoftware to ensure compliance with applicable codes standards andproject specifications.
  • Evaluate pipelineflexibility thermal expansion and load conditions to identify andmitigate potential stressrelated issues.
  • Provide technical input during the design phase tooptimize pipeline routing and support selection.
  • Review and approve engineering deliverables such asstress analysis reports isometric drawings and materialspecifications.
  • Conduct field support duringconstruction including troubleshooting and resolving stressrelatedconcerns.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinaryteams including process mechanical and structural engineers toensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensurecompliance with ADNOC standards as well as international codes suchas ASME B31.4 and B31.8.
  • Contribute to riskassessments HAZOP studies and constructability reviews.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and supportproject reporting requirements.
  • Assist inensuring that project timelines budgets and quality standards aremet.

KEYREQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as aPipeline Stress Engineer with an EPC contractor preferably in theoil and gas sector.
  • Proven experience withADNOC projects and familiarity with ADNOC standards andspecifications.
  • Proficiency in stress analysissoftware such as Caesar II or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of international pipeline design codesand standards (ASME API etc.).
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively in amultidisciplinary environment.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internalteams and clients.
  • Immediate availability tojoin the project.
