Ourclient a reputable and fastgrowing consulting services companylocated in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates is seeking anexperienced Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform Team Lead andSubject Matter Expert on a contract basis. The initial contract isplanned to be one year with possibility to be extended further.This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft SharePoint andthe Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI)to design implement and maintain solutions that optimize documentmanagement document collaboration and business processes. The idealcandidate will possess a strong ability to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions (and implement test deployand support these solutions) also ensuring the seamless integrationof theseplatforms.

Aremote working model is possible from your home country/homelocation.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Designdevelop and implement SharePoint solutions to support businessrequirements including document management collaboration sites andworkflowautomation;
  • LeverageMicrosoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI)to create customized business applications automate workflows anddeliver actionableinsights;
  • Leadthe creation and deployment of automated workflows using PowerAutomate to streamline businessprocesses;
  • Buildcustom Power Apps solutions that meet business needs and enhanceuserexperiences;
  • Developand maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualizationand businessintelligence;
  • Providetechnical leadership and guidance to internal teams andstakeholders in implementing SharePoint and Power Platformsolutions;
  • Planand manage activities of more junior team members of the IT teaminvolved in MS SharePoint and MS Power Platform design build andintegration;
  • Collaboratewith business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsthat align with organizationalgoals;
  • Participatein development of relevant training materials and conduct trainingsessions for endusers to maximize the adoption of SharePoint andPower Platformsolutions;
  • Troubleshootand resolve issues related to SharePoint Power Apps Power Automateand PowerBI;
  • Stayuptodate with new features and best practices for MS SharePoint andMS PowerPlatform.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Atleast 7 (seven) or more years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint(onpremises and online) development configuration andadministration;
  • Strongexperience with Microsoft Power Platform particularly Power AppsPower Automate and PowerBI;
  • Handsonexperience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Designer forbuilding custom workflows and solutions;
  • Proficiencyin PowerShell scripting for SharePoint and Power Platformmanagement;
  • Knowledgeof Microsoft 365 and integration with SharePoint and PowerPlatform;
  • Strongproblemsolving and analytical skills with the ability totroubleshoot complex technicalissues;
  • Experiencein creating and managing security policies user permissions andaccess control within SharePoint;
  • Abilityto collaborate with crossfunctional teams and work in an agileenvironment;
  • Goodcommunication skills with the ability to explain technical conceptsto nontechnical stakeholders;
  • Certificationssuch as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate orMicrosoft Certified: SharePoint Server Specialist are an additionaladvantage.

PreferredSkills:

  • Experiencewith Microsoft Teams integration with SharePoint and PowerPlatform;
  • Familiaritywith Azure services including Azure Logic Apps and AzureFunctions;
  • Experiencewith data connectors and APIs in Power Platformsolutions.
