Role description
The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for the retail property management of the organization which includes site selection, negotiation, budget analysis and store openings across the UAE. You will be working closely with the senior real estate manager and head of real estate to manage the leasing strategy by implementing specified codes and standards for the UAE region. You will maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders and mall leasing and management to ensure the property division has a sustained growth and strong delivery on the company's vision.

Our client is a leading retail operator focusing on the fashion and F&B industry with vast operations across the Middle East region. They are continually expanding their operations and brands within the Middle East region and therefore looking for top talent to join their organization and grow from within to managerial roles.

Who we're looking for
The real estate manager will have a bachelor in property management or commerce with at least 5 years in a similar role as a real estate manager. In addition, you will have strong leadership skills.
