Bartender - Talea

Responsibilities:

1. Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guests' requests.
2. Collects beverages from the storeroom.
3. Cleans bar areas, prepares correct garnishes and mise-en-place.
4. Maintains bar stock in accordance with established standards.
5. Ensures security of beverage stock in the bar using key control procedures.
6. Controls beverage consumption of guests and stops serving when necessary.
7. Polishes glasses and respects all hygiene rules in serving beverages.
8. Promotes up-selling at all levels and by personal efforts through guests' contacts.

Skills and Requirements:

1. A hotel & hospitality management diploma or degree is a plus.
2. Previous experience in a luxury standalone restaurant.
3. Knowledge of beverages and cocktail recipes.
4. Good communication skills; Italian language will be an advantage.
