What youwill need todo:

  • Manages the team ofstorekeepers and monitors all the activities in the most propermanner by following all the procedures described in storesoperations manual.
  • Ensures that Q.A. / Q.C.personnel (whenever necessary) approve and section head accepts andsigns the delivery notes and / or invoices prior to stamping andreceiving items purchased from market.
  • Avoidsdelays in clearance of cash invoices and issuance of stock items tothe maximum extent.
  • Supervises followup of HSErules and regulations and takes all the necessary precautions whileloading and unloading items instores.
  • Distribution of jobs equally to all thestorekeepers under him.
  • Ensures that Backup ofSystem is scheduled on a daily basis.
  • Ensuresthat stock items are located on shelves or in yard in an organizedand systematic layout and maintained as per companys andmanufacturers recommendations and updated with all the locationnumbers accordingly.
  • Processes all thedocuments enabling timely monthly closing of store books anddistribution of reports to the management and all the sections ofthe site.
  • Supervises smooth operation ofPhysical Inventory during November every year and submits VarianceLists with justified explanation to themanagement.
  • Performs any other related dutiesas assigned.

What youwill need to have:

  • any relevant discipline
  • At least 10 yearsrelated experience.
  • O& Gexperience
  • Computerliterate
  • Previous experience in Construction inOil and Gas Industry
  • Proficient in Englishlanguage.
  • Has excellent organizationalskills
  • ERP/MRP warehouse management andlogistics systemsexperience 

Youare someone who:

  • StrongLeadership and communication skills
  • Ability tomanage in a highly dynamic workenvironment
  • Proven strategic planningskills
  • Has excellent organizationalskills
