  • Supervise andensure legal compliance with all aspects of OECD framework UAE Taxlaws and procedures including Economic Substance UBO Value AddedTax Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing. Perform adhoc and routinedue diligence and verification exercises to ensure that complianceprocedures are followed.
  • Participate in thedeveloping initiatives planning and execution of strategic legalprojects legal restructuring and enhancements and innovative legalsolutions.    
  • Developstandardized legal templates in accordance with best practicesbenchmarks and LegalTech efficiencies.
  • Mitigatethe Groups risk and remove liability from all aspects of thebusiness and contractual relationships.
  • Conductrisk assessments and ensure proper implementation of the Group AMLCompliancePolicy.

Qualifications:

  • LLB fromaccredited university LLM preferable.
  • Admissionto practice law by the Law Society or Bar Association in anyjurisdiction.
