Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree inLaw Business Administration Engineering or a related field. 57years of experience in contract management. Preferred Requirements:Masters degree in Contract Management Construction Law BusinessAdministration or a related field. Competencies: Ability to analyzecomplex legal financial and technical documents to identify risksopportunities and inconsistencies. Strong negotiation skills tosecure favorable terms and resolve disputes effectively. Highprecision in reviewing contracts and managing documentation foraccuracy and compliance. Proven leadership and mentoringcapabilities to manage and develop teams effectively. Excellentverbal and written communication skills for articulating contractterms to stakeholders. Strategic problemsolving abilities toaddress challenges and mitigate risks proactively. Exceptionalorganizational skills to manage multiple contracts timelines anddeliverables. Deep understanding of contract principles legalframeworks and industry standards especially in real estate andconstruction. Proficiency in contract management software (e.g.Aconex Procore) and standard office tools. Strong collaborationskills with internal teams legal counsel vendors and regulatoryauthorities. Expertise in identifying and mitigating contract risksto safeguard organizational interests. Ability to prioritize tasksand deliver highquality results within tight deadlines. Flexibilityto adapt to evolving project demands and regulatory environments.Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in allcontractual dealings.
