This role combines instructional design facilitation and digital learning creation working closely with stakeholders to analyze needs design curricula and content deliver learning and continuously improve based on feedback and data. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct Skills-Based Needs Assessments: analyze current and future workforce skills performance data and learner profiles to identify capability gaps and design targeted relevant learning experiences. Design curricula and educational content: structure learning journeys modules courses both instructor-led/blended and fully digital. Create digital learning assets using authoring tools (e.g. e-learning modules interactive multimedia simulations videos & AI).
