Position: eCommerce Director MEAPAC Based in Dubai, the eCommerce Director for MEA and APAC will spearhead initiatives to increase direct bookings via our brand websites, working closely with property teams, marketing, product, and revenue divisions. The role is for a strategic leader who lives and breathes digital growth, who knows how to craft high‑performing campaigns without losing sight of the brand magic, and who can champion web direct performance across a fast‑growing portfolio of Lifestyle Collective hotels. Key Responsibilities Be the Digital Performance Driver for MEAPAC; own and accelerate web‑direct performance across brand.com and All.com, ensuring eCommerce targets across the region with a focus on paid media, CRM & email, and SEO strategies. Trading performance for every hotel in the region; oversee data‑driven strategies with paid media partners and manage a two‑person team supporting MEA and APAC regions. Provide creative direction, supporting hotels and brand teams in delivering best‑in‑class visual assets for paid media channels. Lead acquisition marketing, collaborate with Revenue Management and brand teams to develop exclusive offers, monitor pricing structures, and ensure competitiveness with third‑party channels. Drive reporting and analytics, leveraging insights from product, revenue, and analytics divisions to build commercial calendars in collaboration with marketing and brand teams. Strengthen Digital Foundations: collaborate with digital product teams, influence feature development, optimise the booking journey, troubleshoot platform issues, and evolve the digital ecosystem in lockstep with commercial priorities. Develop on‑site A/B tests to improve customer journeys and increase conversion rate, integrating findings into the product roadmap. Ensure best‑in‑class content on websites, refreshing, seasonal, and optimised for conversion. Champion Go‑to‑Market for New Hotels: coordinate digital and eCommerce elements of opening roadmap, from pre‑launch visibility to campaigns and trading, building towards web‑direct targets. Share best practices across regions, fostering cross‑regional collaboration and digital innovation. Champion digital transformation projects, streamline processes, and align initiatives with local market needs and global brand standards. Future‑proof digital strategy by evaluating emerging technologies and market trends, empowering teams through data‑driven insights and agile execution. Qualifications Degree in a business/hospitality related subject. Minimum 10 years of experience in eCommerce management within the hospitality industry, with deep market knowledge of the Middle East (non‑negotiable) and strong understanding of APAC digital landscapes. Proven expertise in full‑funnel digital marketing: performance marketing, paid media strategy, SEO, CRM, ROI management. A strong brand mindset, balancing commercial urgency with brand integrity. Experience collaborating with revenue management teams to align digital marketing with dynamic pricing, inventory and promotion. Track record of driving direct bookings, reducing OTA dependency, and increasing revenue via online sales channels. Analytical mindset, proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM, and performance marketing platforms. Strong leadership and communication skills, experience leading and coaching teams. Comfort in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with multiple brands and markets. Hands‑on experience managing digital rollouts for new hotel openings.
