• Supervise and manage themaintenance repair and servicing of all plant vehicles includingheavy equipment trailers buses andpickups.
• Develop and implement preventivemaintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhanceefficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety andregulatory standards for vehicle operations andmaintenance.
• Coordinate with mechanicstechnicians and external service providers for repairs and spareparts procurement.
• Monitor fuel consumptionmaintenance costs and inventory of spareparts.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehiclesand equipment to identify issues and ensure timelyrepairs.
• Maintain accurate records of servicingrepairs and maintenance schedules.
• Train andoversee a team of mechanics and maintenance staff to ensurehighquality work standards.
• Ensure compliancewith company policies government regulations and industry bestpractices.
• Report breakdowns maintenanceprogress and cost analysis to seniormanagement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degreein Mechanical Engineering Automobile Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Minimum of 58years of experience in vehicle maintenance and fleetmanagement preferably in construction facilities management orindustrial plants.
• Strong knowledge of heavyequipment trucks and plant vehiclemaintenance.
• Familiarity with preventivemaintenance programs and fleet managementsystems.
• Ability to manage and lead a team ofmechanics and technicians.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and maintenance trackingsoftware.
• Excellent problemsolvingorganizational and communication skills.
• UAEDriving License(preferred).
