Role Description The role focuses on initial appearance training for new dealers, reviewing their individual appearance before entry into the studio, managing appearance change requests, and contributing to overall appearance monitoring. Main Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records from the perspective of image. Train employees on image requirements. Recommend and implement image changes requested by employees or the company. Review the image of each new employee before first studio entrance. Create written materials and procedures regarding image. Perform image tests for different projects in studios. Communicate relevant image information on specialized communication channels. Check and update dedicated image files. Coordinate and support sessions presenting company standards guide and practical workshops. Requirements English: intermediate‑advanced. PC literate. Make‑up / hairstyling diploma accredited by the Ministry of Labour. At least 1 year of experience in the Appearance Department. Hairstyling skills. Exceptional presentation skills. Communication and self‑control skills. Attention to detail. Able to handle diverse personalities, cultures, and character types. What We Offer Company‑provided accommodation.
