Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and retention for cloud solutions, including both Microsoft Azure and AWS. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and aligning them with appropriate cloud solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of cloud services. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue. Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and client engagement. Ensure alignment between client expectations and the company's service offerings, addressing any issues or concerns proactively. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute initiatives that align with client goals and drive mutual success.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the cloud solutions space.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and driving growth in a high-pressure environment. Established network of clients and contacts within the UAE market.
- Strong technical background with experience as a Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales professional, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or tech company.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure and AWS, and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior-level relationships.
