ACCOUNTABILITIES

Clientand MarketAnalysis

  • Participate inthe financial analysis conducted on clients and their respectiveindustries/ markets to identify potential opportunities andrisks.

ClientRelationshipManagement

  • Originatenew business opportunities with target clients across bankingproducts
  • Develop  Term SheetInformation Memorandum  ;
  • Examine & resolve creditmarket and operational risk aspects of the transactions incollaboration with products and enablementunits.
  • Pitch review negotiate and concludedeals .
  • Maintain the credit quality of theclients relationships within the Portfolio to an acceptable levelset by the Banks management
  • Achieve individualand teams financial performancetargets.
  • Identify & develop crossselling opportunities and increase the crosssell ratio with keyclients.
  • Ensure Account Plans  areprepared and maintained for all keyclients.
  • Ensure all clients files /documentsare maintained.
  • Ensure all credit reviews aresubmitted on time and agreed conditions aremet.
  • Maintain a satisfactory audit on theportfolio
  • Learning & Development Attendappropriate on and offthejob trainingprograms.
  • Ensure that all internal processesfor existing portfolio and NTBs are met in line with the Bankspolicies & procedures.
  • Adhere toprocess KPIs and ORM BCP & Internal Auditrequirements

DaytoDayActivities

  • Assist theUnit Head / Line Manager  in the daytoday administrativeand transactional activities such as client calls documentationfollow up updating pipeline and any other activities in theunit/team to ensure continuity of work and the delivery ofeffective and high quality outputs.
  • Manage andfollow up on KYC and compliance requirements in order to ensureconsistency with the Banks KYC and AML policies and regulatoryrequirements.

PoliciesSystems Processes andProcedures

  • Follow allrelevant policies processes standard operating procedures andinstructions so that work is carried out in a controlled andconsistent manner.

MISand Reports

Assist in thepreparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meetthe units requirements policies andstandards.

Qualifications :

MinimumQualification

  • Bachelorsdegree in Finance or relateddiscipline.
  • Masters degree in BusinessAdministration ispreferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure andadjust quickly to changing priorities
