The role The Technical Administrator will play a critical role in supporting communication coordination and administrative functions for the Managing Director of the business. This position will act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders ensuring seamless coordination and efficient management of tasks. The role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills technical writing capabilities and an analytical mindset to support project planning reporting and proposal coordination. Key Accountabilities: Provide highlevel administrative support to the Regional Lead Building & Cities. Assist in coordinating internal business activities for the Regional Lead and relevant stakeholders. Organize and schedule meetings prepare agendas and take detailed minutes. Support project planning by tracking schedules deliverables and milestones. Assist in the preparation and production of reports including technical documentation and planning schedules. Coordinate proposal development activities ensuring accurate data compilation formatting and submission. Draft edit and proofread technical reports and documentation. Ensure clear and concise communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Prepare professional correspondence presentations and briefing materials as required. Suitable applicants will have: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field. 5 years of experience in a technical administrative or project coordination role. Prior experience in a consulting or engineering environment is preferred. Background in proposal coordination and project planning is highly desirable.
