HR Coordinator

Overview:
Weare looking for a dedicated and organized HRCoordinator to join our team. This role willplay a critical part in ensuring smooth HR operations across thecompany by handling employment matters coordinating with internaldepartments and liaising with external government bodies andvendors. The ideal candidate should be techsavvy adaptable and upto date with modern HRpractices.
KeyResponsibilities:
Manage all employmentrelated processesincluding contracts visas licenses and documentation incoordination with the PRO.
Handle internal and external HR inquiriesand requests.
Maintain and update employee records (physical anddigital).
Support the recruitment process including sourcingcandidates conducting reference checks and preparing employmentcontracts.
Assist with performance management and employeeengagement initiatives.
Arrange transportation for visitors and officialdelegations.
Schedule and coordinate interviews HR events trainingsessions and seminars.
Conduct new employee orientations andonboarding.
Prepare and submit regular HR reports tomanagement.
Supervise IT Technician Maintenance Assistant PRO andOffice Boy to ensure smooth office operations (cleaning maintenancesecurity etc.).
Process employee payroll in coordination with thefinance team.
Stay up to date with the latest HR trends labor lawsand best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned bymanagement.
