Due to the continued success of our GEMS Metropole School Al Waha (MTW), we are looking to recruit a Primary Business Teacher for August 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious educator to gain valuable international exposure or take the next step in their career with a global, leading education company, within a world-class international school located in the heart of Dubai. As a Primary Business Teacher, you will support students in developing enterprise skills, financial literacy, problem‑solving and an understanding of the wider world of work, embedding real‑life learning opportunities within the primary curriculum. All positions attract an excellent remuneration package, including competitive tax‑free salary, individual fully furnished accommodation, free schooling, private medical insurance, annual airfares to country of residence and end of service gratuity. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate business and enterprise learning. Embed real‑life learning opportunities within the primary curriculum. Share and model exemplary teaching practice. Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents. Make a positive contribution to the wider school community through extra‑curricular activities and community‑based events. Qualifications Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent. Have proven experience teaching business, enterprise or related subjects within a primary or lower school setting. Demonstrate the ability to deliver engaging, age‑appropriate business and enterprise learning. Possess excellent interpersonal skills. Aspire to work in a world‑class school with strong opportunities for career progression. Have a proven track record of delivering high‑quality learning and teaching. Be willing to make a positive contribution to the wider school community through extra‑curricular activities and community‑based events.
