A wellestablishedcompany in Dubai is seeking Junior and SeniorCompliance Executives to ensure adherence tolocal and international regulatory requirementscorporate governance and compliance frameworks . Theideal candidates will have a strong understanding ofUAE laws risk management and compliancemonitoring .

  • Junior Compliance Executive: Focus on assisting in compliance audits regulatory reporting andmaintaining corporate policies.
  • Senior Compliance Executive: Oversee compliance strategies liaise with regulatory bodies andprovide guidance on risk management and governancepolicies.
KeyResponsibilities: Junior ComplianceExecutive:
  • Assist inmonitoring regulatory compliance withUAE laws and internal company policies.
  • Support compliance audits inspections andreporting to ensure adherence to industrystandards.
  • Maintain uptodatecompliance documentation andrecords .
  • Assist indrafting and implementing companypolicies to align with legal frameworks.
  • Provide support in risk assessments andinternal control evaluations .
  • Ensure adherence to AML data protection andcorporate governance regulations .
Senior ComplianceExecutive:
  • Developand implement compliance strategies and riskmitigation plans .
  • Act as theprimary liaison with regulatory bodies andauditors ensuring compliance with UAElaws.
  • Conduct compliance riskassessments and policy reviews to enhance corporategovernance.
  • Monitor AML KYC GDPRand regulatory compliance across businessfunctions.
  • Oversee and enhanceinternal controls and compliance trainingprograms for employees.
  • Investigate compliancebreaches and recommend correctiveactions.
  • Stay updated on legaland regulatory changes in the UAE and globalmarkets.
CandidateRequirements: Junior ComplianceExecutive:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Law Business Administration Finance or arelated field .
  • 13years of experience in compliance audit orregulatory affairs in the UAE.
  • Knowledge ofUAE corporate laws AML regulations and dataprotection .
  • Strongattention to detail and ability to work undersupervision .
  • Excellentcommunication and reportwritingskills .
Senior ComplianceExecutive:
  • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Law Compliance Risk Managementor a related field .
  • 5 years of experience inregulatory compliance risk management or corporate governance inthe UAE.
  • Indepth knowledge ofUAE regulatory frameworks international compliancestandards and corporate governanceprinciples .
  • Experience inhandling compliance audits regulatory reporting andrisk assessments .
  • Strongleadership decisionmaking and stakeholder managementskills.
  • Professional certifications such asCAMS ICA or CRCM arepreferred.
