Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update standard operating procedures and control checklists for high-risk operational processes
  • Perform walkthroughs, spot checks, and operational risk reviews across Holding and operating companies
  • Identify, document, and track operational control gaps, agreeing remediation actions with business stakeholders
  • Own and manage the operational control issue log, monitoring root cause analysis and timely closure of actions
  • Align operational control testing calendars with Internal Audit to ensure combined assurance and avoid duplication
  • Deliver control awareness sessions, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules to operations, procurement, and warehouse teams
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize operational KPIs such as cycle time, exception rates, and policy breaches
  • Monitor regulatory developments including HSE, data privacy, AML, and industry-specific regulations and map requirements to operational controls
  • Verify compliance with delegation of authority, tendering policies, vendor controls, and contract variation procedures

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance
  • Professional certification such as Lean Six Sigma, CCSA, CQA, or ISO auditor preferred
  • Additional exposure to HSE, AML, or data privacy frameworks is an advantage
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in operations risk, internal controls, process excellence, or internal audit
  • Hands‑on experience across procure to pay, inventory, logistics, and CAPEX processes
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency by reducing cycle times, exceptions, or regulatory findings through process improvement or automation
  • Strong data visualization and analytical capability using Power BI or similar tools
