Unlimited career opportunities (Internationally and locally) Medical and Life insurance OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE: Handling the smooth operation of all the HVAC systems in the building to ensure superior guest service and product quality Conduct daily walkthroughs to visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the HVAC systems and equipment To provide hands on support of work assignments to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and within specifications Effectively organize train and assign tasks to and followup with technicians to ensure maximum productivity To executeall preventive maintenance duties as outlined in the Preventative Maintenance Program and follow and enforce procedures that ensure the security of inventory such as tools supplies equipment etc To replenish HVAC supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner and minimize waste; and make sure equipment is prepared and operational for the following days work Adhere to all company required purchasing policies and controls to stay within budget guidelines as assigned. Follow prescribed safety procedures and emergency plans for personnel and equipment by the company and according to local laws and regulations. Participate in effective energy management programs and efficient use of equipment and energy in the hotel. In the absence of HVAC Supervisor conduct a daily briefing with HVAC section team members on current key activities. Anticipate and respond to guest issues and establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction. Liaise with 3rd party vendors/contractors as assigned Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment & Performing related duties and special projects as assigned. Establishes and maintains open collaborative relationships with Team associates.
