JOB SUMMARY (Major functions of theposition)

Major functions includes

1) Plans and directs activities concerned with developmentapplication and maintenance of quality standards for industrialprocesses materials and products: Develops and initiates standardsand methods for inspection testing and evaluation utilizingknowledge in engineering fields such as chemical electrical ormechanical.

2) Devises sampling procedures anddesigns and develops forms and instructions for recordingevaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.

3) Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracyof production equipment and testing measurement and analyticalequipment and facilities.

4) Develops andimplements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepantmaterial and devises methods to assess cost andresponsibility.

5) Directs workers engaged inmeasuring and testing product and tabulating data concerningmaterials product or process quality and reliability.

6) Compiles and writes training material and conductstraining sessions on quality control activities.

Requirements
Minimum Experience of 03 Years ina Fabrication Industry making Process Equipment.
MUSThave knowledge and experience working with ASME and APIStandard.
Shop Floor QC Experience is a MUST.
Visual Dimension NDT and Making Reports Experience isrequired.
Must have Excellent Knowledge of MSOffice.
Knowledge of compiling QC Dossier.
ANST Level II for NDT Certification

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification

Diploma orBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Desired Professional / Exposure or Experience

3 years of related experience and competency in computersoftware such as MS office MS outlook is preferred.
