If you are looking to advance your career in a supportive and innovative medical environment, we encourage you to apply Responsibilities Perform a range of surgical procedures for pediatric patients, including both elective and emergency surgeries Evaluate and manage patients with surgical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Monitor patients' progress post-surgery and manage any complications that may arise Educate patients and their families on surgical options, risks, and post-operative care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all surgical interventions Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric surgical techniques and best practices Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Pediatric Surgery Board certification in Pediatric Surgery Current medical license to practice Extensive experience in pediatric surgical procedures in a clinical or hospital setting Strong knowledge of pediatric anatomy and surgical techniques Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with children and families Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to high‑pressure situations Benefits Medical Insurance Annual Airtickets Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Base pay range AED45,000.00/yr - AED65,000.00/yr Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
