MainResponsibilities:
- Overseeingand implementing quality control processes at the construction siteto ensure compliance with project specifications industry standardsand regulatoryrequirements.
- Conducting inspectionsand audits of materials workmanship and site activities to maintainquality assurance.
- Managing andleading the site QC team to ensure adherence to quality proceduresand best practices.
- Identifying andaddressing nonconformities issuing corrective and preventiveactions and ensuring theirimplementation.
- Coordinating withproject managers engineers contractors and suppliers to maintainquality control throughout project.
- Reviewing and approvingsiterelated quality documentation reports and testrecords.
- Conducting sitebasedtraining and awareness programs on quality control measures andstandards.
- Ensuring compliance withsafety health and environmental regulations in all siteactivities.
- Monitoringsubcontractors work for quality compliance and ensuring adherenceto approved plans andspecifications.
- Driving continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance site quality performance andoperationalefficiency.
EssentialQualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or relatedfield).
- Certifications such as ISO9001 Lead Auditor ASNT Level II/III or equivalentpreferred.
SkillsRequired:
- Strongknowledge of construction quality control processes industrystandards and regulatoryrequirements.
- Proficiency in readingand interpreting technical drawings specifications and qualityreports.
- Excellent leadership andteam management skills to oversee site QCteams.
- Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
- Goodcommunication and coordination skills to liaise with projectstakeholders.
- Attention to detailand ability to work in highpressure siteenvironments.
- Experience with siteaudits compliance and qualitydocumentation.
