Senior Contracts Officer – DOHA

Our client is a prominent hospitality and events organization seeking a skilled Senior Contracts Officer to manage multiple contracts and oversee tendering processes. This role is essential in ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic vendor engagement across the business. Responsibilities Provide high-level advice on procurement and contracting activities, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and legal requirements. Draft and review contracts for goods, services, minor and major works, construction, and contract variations. Lead contract negotiations with vendors and stakeholders. Manage end-to-end tendering processes. Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth contract execution. Maintain and report monthly updates on all contracts awarded by the department. Requirements 3-6 years of experience in contract management and tendering. Strong understanding of procurement regulations and contract law. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
