You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across the UAE, with a strong focus on positions in Dubai. This is a 100% remote role, and the freelancer will operate independently while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for biopharmaceutical roles in the UAE, from job requisition to offer acceptance. Source, screen, and engage candidates across a variety of functional areas within the pharma and biotech sector. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and internal stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment strategies. Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring high-quality, timely hiring processes. Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and local networks to attract candidates, including passive talent. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Experience recruiting in Dubai / UAE, or strong knowledge of the local talent market. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter. Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
